To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arclyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Arclyo in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Any project data, fee information, client details, and other content you enter into Arclyo ("User Content") remains your property. Arclyo does not claim ownership over your User Content.
In the current version of Arclyo, proposal data is processed locally within your browser and is not stored on our servers. You are responsible for saving and backing up any proposals you generate.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any personal data you enter — including client names and contact details — is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Arclyo may use or link to third-party services including email platforms, analytics tools, and payment processors. These services have their own terms of service and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party services linked to or integrated with Arclyo.
You may stop using Arclyo at any time. If you have a paid subscription, you may cancel it at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using the Service in a harmful manner.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
